This team is excellent, professional, committed and communication is always on point. They guide you, have time to discuss anything you need. They work so so hard not your traditional agents who just want your money. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again just a shame the process of buying/selling is so unacceptably painful. Great communication and support. We had a reasonable valuation and advice prior to putting our up for sale. Marketing our property was particularly great, highly recommend going for the video tour option to really show off how good the property can look. This was so effective for us that we had multiple viewings and sale agreed within a week of being up for sale! On top of this we also got a good margin above asking price. Can’t recommend Turner Dooley enough, really great team who were lovely to deal with.

Fantastic service, highly recommended!We recently sold our old home and bought our new home through Turner Dooley, following a recommendation from a friend. The team was very friendly, yet thoroughly professional through the whole process.The valuation was in check with what we expected (we had 4 independent valuations for our house), the house sold very quickly. The photos and the video of the house were taken by professionals, creating a very good first impression for the potential buyers, while the team were very prompt at answering and dealing with queries.We have no doubt we picked the best estate agent to sell and buy our homes and we would highly recommend their service.

Initially met with Shaun for our valuation and then Jake completed our viewings for us on our house sale.Turner Dooley achieved a higher sale price than other agents quoted for valuation which we felt fairer reflect work that we had done on the property.We could not recommend Turner Dooley enough to anyone looking to sell their property as the whole process was seemless. Communication was great and overall easy dealings.We are more recently looking to purchase and would not hesitate to use them as buying agents.

Highly recommend Turner Dooley.Fantastic service when using them earlier this year. Jake was very good from the first meeting of setting realistic expectations. Their marketing of my house was phenomenal. Megan was fantastic with organising viewings on WhatsApp which is a fantastic way of communicating and was fast and easy to get viewings booked in. Jake and everyone’s hard work at Turner Dooley was pivotal in me getting 3 offers of asking and above within 2 days of my house going live. We had such a genuine and great experience with them, we used them again a few months later with our other property and received the same great service and another property sold quickly at asking price.

Highly recommend Turner Dooley after using another well known estate agent first and not having any offers we got 5 offers within a week!They are not hard selling mortgage advisers etc like previous estate agent which puts potential buyers off.They are unique with there on line presence over social media and hire a professional photography team to do there photos not just some snap shots off an estate agent.Other nice touch is the what’s app group that makes communication speedy and easy.Keep up the good work and good luck with the new shop 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fantastic service when selling my house recently. Shaun took the time to really understand what was important to me and advised accordingly, setting realistic expectations from the outset. I was really impressed with how Rachel and Katy handled communications and updates from booking viewings all the way through to post completion, always happy to answer questions, I never felt like a bother, I get the impression they really enjoy their work, and it shows in how approachable they all were.

As everyone knows, buying a house is not an enjoyable experience, you spend 99% of the time chasing solicitors for answers that never seem to arrive. That being said, Katy has made the process so much easier. She has been contactable throughout the whole process, and if she says she’ll be in touch, she genuinely will be. Even when we asked what were probably silly questions, she took it all in her stride.Katy is an absolute testament to the business, and I cannot recommend her and Turner Dooley highly enough. Thank you for all your patience and hard work!

Fantasic service and what a breath of fresh air. Constant communication, always get back to you even if it is just to inform you that there is no progress. All of the team can help you none of this they are not in, show great knowladge sharing between them all. My main point of contact Rachel just amazing, there were some issues with my purchase and she gave me the feeling that she really did care and had genuine empathy. The best of all is that they were working for the seller and as the buyer i still had this amazing level of service. Could not reccomend highly enough !!!!

After our house sale previously falling through twice with a different estate agent, we desperately needed help and support from a better estate agent to keep our dream house. Turner Dooley did that and more, they came and took photos/videos and had our advert up in days, the girls got us so many viewings booked in so quickly and efficiently, and Katy dealt with all the offers we received brilliantly. I’m a first time buyer and had little to no idea what to do/expect throughout the process, but everyone I dealt with at Turner Dooley was magnificent and incredibly helpful. The information they provided was thorough, the staff were friendly, kind and, importantly, always very prompt with replies to queries, which seriously helped to settle those little doubts and nerves. It’s been a real pleasure dealing with them and what could have easily been a very stressful experience was actually as easy-going as it could be, in no small part down to the efforts of the staff. Used TD following recommendations from friends. Very professional service. Great advice on what to do or not do with tired property needing refurbishing. Valuation of property was lowest of 3 agents but was accurate as property achieved price and would never of achieved valuations put forward by other agents. They handled all the viewings. Very good communication and feedback from each viewing and updates as sale proceeded from Rachel. She also helped with obtaining quotes from solicitors for us and we used one of them which was £200 less than other quotes we received. Would highly recommend and use again.

I Couldn’t recommend Turner Dooley enough. It was a very stressful time, but it was nice knowing I didn’t have to worry about the estate agents at all, they were constantly on top of everything and they were always available for a call or a text. Rachel, Katie and Megan couldn’t do enough to help and everything was always looked after. My solicitors (as buyer) were absolutely awful with this conveyance. But thankfully Turner Dooley Estate Agents were on the ball throughout the process, and along with the sellers solicitors, managed to get the sale through. 6 months of hard graft. Can’t say enough positive things about Turner Dooley, we actually moved from another agent after sitting on the market for some time. When looking for a different estate agent I spoke to Shaun and he spent a lot of time explaining why and how they would get us across the line. We sold very quickly and we also bought our onward property from them. Extra special mention to Caroline who we dealt with once sold, went above and beyond and made us feel like we were no trouble ( even though I was probably quite high maintenance!) friendly and genuinely nothing seemed too much trouble even messaging me whilst on holiday with updates. Would definitely recommend
