1ValuationsArranging a free no obligation valuation couldn’t be easier. For a face to face valuation, you’ll be visited by either one of our Directors, Shaun or Jake. For a virtual online valuation, you can either send us some photos of your property via whatsapp, or we can arrange a video call. Either way, we will conduct an in depth market appraisal of your property, discussing key points including the valuation, a marketing strategy plus much more. After we’ve conducted the appointment, you’ll receive a valuation report. |

2InstructOnce you’ve given us the go ahead and chosen a flexible fixed fee option that suits you, we will arrange a suitable date & time to grab some photos. During this appointment, we will also take measurements & sketch a floor plan. We will then proceed to create your advert. Once done, we will provide you with a draft of the advert, enabling you to make any changes before we sign it off. |

4ViewingsThanks to our flexible methods of communication & longer opening hours, we’re able to process viewing requests around the clock & outside of normal office working hours. Want us to take care of your viewings and carry out the extra leg work? No problem, we’re here to help. Alternatively, potential buyers can view your home via the comfort of their own thanks to our virtual 3D tours. |

5OffersOffers can also be submitted around the clock, thanks to our ‘make an offer’ button. Don’t worry though, you can still make an offer by giving us a call or by reaching out via any one of our flexible contact methods. When dealing with all offers on your behalf, we make sure that every client’s proof of funds is verified. Once we’ve used our expert negotiating skills to achieve the best possible price, solicitors will be allocated to both you & the buyer. We will then issue sales memorandums via email to both sets of solicitors. |

6Sales ProgressionOnce memo’s are received, the solicitors will issue a property information pack which you will need to sign & return ASAP.. After this, the buyer will normally instruct a survey & searches on the property. Once this is completed, your buyer will receive their mortgage offer confirming their lender is happy to provide them with a mortgage. The buyer’s solicitor will raise any further enquiries to your solicitor (There can sometimes be some back & forth during this stage of the process). Once all enquiries are satisfied and the buyer pays their deposit, contracts will proceed to exchange. At this point, the sale is legally binding, a date will be set and you can begin the final preparations! |

As everyone knows, buying a house is not an enjoyable experience, you spend 99% of the time chasing solicitors for answers that never seem to arrive. That being said, Katy has made the process so much easier. She has been contactable throughout the whole process, and if she says she’ll be in touch, she genuinely will be. Fantasic service and what a breath of fresh air. Constant communication, always get back to you even if it is just to inform you that there is no progress. All of the team can help you none of this they are not in, show great knowladge sharing between them all. Used TD following recommendations from friends. Very professional service. Great advice on what to do or not do with tired property needing refurbishing. Valuation of property was lowest of 3 agents but was accurate as property achieved price and would never of achieved valuations put forward by other agents. They handled all the viewings. Very good communication and feedback from each viewing and updates as sale proceeded from Rachel. She also helped with obtaining quotes from solicitors for us and we used one of them which was £200 less than other quotes we received. Would highly recommend and use again.

I Couldn’t recommend Turner Dooley enough. It was a very stressful time, but it was nice knowing I didn’t have to worry about the estate agents at all, they were constantly on top of everything and they were always available for a call or a text. Can’t say enough positive things about Turner Dooley, we actually moved from another agent after sitting on the market for some time. When looking for a different estate agent I spoke to Shaun and he spent a lot of time explaining why and how they would get us across the line. Very professional and highly motivated, modern in their approach to advertise the house on social media platforms etc The photos, aerial view, description were great. We had viewings over two days and sold the house, above asking price. Unfortunately, the mortgage rates went crazy and the buyers pulled out. Spring 2023, we put the house back on the market and again sold straight away, unfortunately along the chain , a buyer backed out. Back on the market again and sold within 4 weeks. Jake and his team, kept us update at all times and we felt confident in their vetting,arranging viewings and negotiating skills. Finally the move on the day went very well, Mighall’s excellent removal company.

Jake & Shaun provided a first class service from start to finish during the sale of our late Mother's house. Shaun managed to fit us in at short notice and get our house on the market the same day. We had an offer accepted on another property so we needed to sell ours fast. We had a number of offers to choose from, all over asking price and we sold STC within 2 days.Fantastic photos and advertisement. Highly recommend and would certainly use again in the future.

Turner & Dooley recently handled the sale of our mothers house as she has gone into a nursing home. Their service was impeccable throughout. They handled the sale, photographs, viewings etc for us as the property was empty and we do not live nearby. They kept is fully informed at all stages. Would thoroughly recommend them. Fair price, excellent service, always kept us informed and easy to contact and on top of that great people.
