1ValuationsArranging a free no obligation valuation couldn’t be easier. For a face to face valuation, you’ll be visited by either one of our Directors, Shaun or Jake. For a virtual online valuation, you can either send us some photos of your property via whatsapp, or we can arrange a video call. Either way, we will conduct an in depth market appraisal of your property, discussing key points including the valuation, a marketing strategy plus much more. After we’ve conducted the appointment, you’ll receive a valuation report. |

2InstructOnce you’ve given us the go ahead and chosen a flexible fixed fee option that suits you, we will arrange a suitable date & time to grab some photos. During this appointment, we will also take measurements & sketch a floor plan. We will then proceed to create your advert. Once done, we will provide you with a draft of the advert, enabling you to make any changes before we sign it off. |

4ViewingsThanks to our flexible methods of communication & longer opening hours, we’re able to process viewing requests around the clock & outside of normal office working hours. Want us to take care of your viewings and carry out the extra leg work? No problem, we’re here to help. Alternatively, potential buyers can view your home via the comfort of their own thanks to our virtual 3D tours. |

5OffersOffers can also be submitted around the clock, thanks to our ‘make an offer’ button. Don’t worry though, you can still make an offer by giving us a call or by reaching out via any one of our flexible contact methods. When dealing with all offers on your behalf, we make sure that every client’s proof of funds is verified. Once we’ve used our expert negotiating skills to achieve the best possible price, solicitors will be allocated to both you & the buyer. We will then issue sales memorandums via email to both sets of solicitors. |

6Sales ProgressionOnce memo’s are received, the solicitors will issue a property information pack which you will need to sign & return ASAP.. After this, the buyer will normally instruct a survey & searches on the property. Once this is completed, your buyer will receive their mortgage offer confirming their lender is happy to provide them with a mortgage. The buyer’s solicitor will raise any further enquiries to your solicitor (There can sometimes be some back & forth during this stage of the process). Once all enquiries are satisfied and the buyer pays their deposit, contracts will proceed to exchange. At this point, the sale is legally binding, a date will be set and you can begin the final preparations! |

What can we say! From the start with Shaun’s very first visit to the completion Turner Dooley have done what they said they would do!Katy specifically was absolutely fantastic and has the patience of a saint! I was blown away by Shaun’s data-driven approach, with thorough metrics, dashboards and comparisons provided to support the valuation.They provide a robustly justified figure that they’d expect your house to sell at in a reasonable timeframe. From this anchor point you feel empowered, understanding what listing prices would maximise sale speed vs which would risk leading to a stagnant listing.It’s no surprise that the figure Shaun suggested is the EXACT price we achieved. We sold within a reasonable timeframe and without feeling like we’ve left money on the table.For comparison: a competing estate agent simply printed off the Zoopla ai-estimated property valuation. Had we gone with them, I’m certain we’d have wasted 6+ months of our time wondering why we weren’t getting any offers anywhere near our inflated asking price.Communication is Turner Dooley’s other huge strength. You get put into a WhatsApp group specifically just for your house sale. This means that anybody at TD relevant to your sale is being kept up-to-date of any updates. Katy specifically was fab, super responsive and helpful.Again, for comparison: other estate agents we’ve dealt with had serious crossed wires, with multiple different people calling and asking the same questions weeks apart or not passing information onto one another.It really is clear that Turner Dooley are a cut above anyone else. I wish them all the success, which they fully deserve.

Unlike other estate agents Turner Dooley has moved with the times, like marketing on social media. They create walkthrough videos which as a buyer I personally like to see how a house flows. I would say this keeps up with the younger generation where everything is online!With communication they create a what’s app group so you can be made aware of viewings, offers & feedback as well. They offered sound advice when it came to offers received and they didn’t overprice us on the market either.

Great communication and support. We had a reasonable valuation and advice prior to putting our up for sale. Marketing our property was particularly great, highly recommend going for the video tour option to really show off how good the property can look. This was so effective for us that we had multiple viewings and sale agreed within a week of being up for sale! On top of this we also got a good margin above asking price. Can’t recommend Turner Dooley enough, really great team who were lovely to deal with.

Highly recommend Turner Dooley after using another well known estate agent first and not having any offers we got 5 offers within a week!They are not hard selling mortgage advisers etc like previous estate agent which puts potential buyers off.They are unique with there on line presence over social media and hire a professional photography team to do there photos not just some snap shots off an estate agent.Other nice touch is the what’s app group that makes communication speedy and easy.Keep up the good work and good luck with the new shop 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

As everyone knows, buying a house is not an enjoyable experience, you spend 99% of the time chasing solicitors for answers that never seem to arrive. That being said, Katy has made the process so much easier. She has been contactable throughout the whole process, and if she says she’ll be in touch, she genuinely will be. Fantasic service and what a breath of fresh air. Constant communication, always get back to you even if it is just to inform you that there is no progress. All of the team can help you none of this they are not in, show great knowladge sharing between them all. My main point of contact Rachel just amazing, there were some issues with my purchase and she gave me the feeling that she really did care and had genuine empathy. Used TD following recommendations from friends. Very professional service. Great advice on what to do or not do with tired property needing refurbishing. Valuation of property was lowest of 3 agents but was accurate as property achieved price and would never of achieved valuations put forward by other agents. They handled all the viewings. Very good communication and feedback from each viewing and updates as sale proceeded from Rachel. She also helped with obtaining quotes from solicitors for us and we used one of them which was £200 less than other quotes we received. Would highly recommend and use again.

I Couldn’t recommend Turner Dooley enough. It was a very stressful time, but it was nice knowing I didn’t have to worry about the estate agents at all, they were constantly on top of everything and they were always available for a call or a text. Rachel, Katie and Megan couldn’t do enough to help and everything was always looked after. If I ever need estate agent services again I wouldn’t look any further than using Turner Dooley again.I can’t thank them enough!

My solicitors (as buyer) were absolutely awful with this conveyance. But thankfully Turner Dooley Estate Agents were on the ball throughout the process, and along with the sellers solicitors, managed to get the sale through. 6 months of hard graft. But they got the job done. Big shout to Katy especially who went above and beyond throughout, with fabulous communication and steely determination to get the job done. Top drawer estate agents!!

Well what can I say. Has been the most stressful time selling our house and I’m not sure we would have continued without Katy by our side. She pushed and pushed for updates. Kept us informed, always replied to my many emails and helped us get through it all.
