Professional photography is absolutely essential when it comes to presenting your home in the best way possible. We have many years of experience when it comes to photographing homes, understanding which angles work best as well as having access to the full Adobe suite, an industry leading photo editing software that makes sure every space, inside & outside of your property pops!
We use Metropix, a software that enables us to create full detailed floor & site plans with measurements and a bird’s eye perspective, giving you a better idea of what the plot has to offer.
We use large, visually striking T board’s that help to make sure your property stands out.
When it comes to selling your property with Turner Dooley, rest assured we’re here to guide you through every step of the process.
Firstly, when negotiating all offers on your behalf, we call upon our years of negotiation experience to ensure that we get you the very best price.. We also make sure that every client’s proof of funds and mortgage is verified.
Once we’ve helped you tie the deal up and solicitors are allocated, we email sales memorandums to both sets of solicitors (buyers & sellers). From here, the solicitors issue a property information pack which you will need to sign & return.
After this, the buyer will normally instruct a survey & searches on the property. From here, the buyer’s solicitor will raise any further enquiries to your solicitor. There can sometimes be a lot of back & forth during this stage of the process, however, once enquiries are all settled and the buyer pays their deposit, contracts will exchange. At this point, the sale is legally binding, a date will be set and you can begin the final preparations!
Lastly, will be the transfer of monies and the handing over of keys.
